The probability that neither of them suffer from myopia is 0.3831

Percentage given is 38.1% = 0.381

Probability is
(1-0.381)^(2) =
(0.619)^(2)

= 0.3831

Hence, the probability that neither of them suffer from myopia is 0.3831
