The slope-intercept form:

y = mx + b

m - slope

b - y-intercept

We have y = 2/3 x - 2

y-intercept = -2

Only the one graph has that y-intercept (look at the picture).

y =
(2)/(3)x - 2 means the line will intercept the y-axis at -2 and have a slope (rise over run) of 2 over 3.
