Would the Mexican government be justified in putting harsher regulations on American empresarios? Why or Why not.

This is kind of a tricky question but here it goes.

From a strictly political point of view, of course it will be completely justified. It will be as if the Mexican government is taking a stand against Trump's continuous attacks against the Mexican people.

However, the most logical step is to try and mend that relationship, open up even more the mexican commerce to american business and try to create a free trade market in which both of the countries demands are equally met.
