Is 4b^2 - 26b + 169 a perfect square trinomial? Explain

Answer: Use the formula (b/2)^2 in order to create a new term in order to find the perfect square trinomial.

Answer: 4b^2−26b+845/4

No because you can still simplify it and get the ^ answer above as the perfect trinomial. Therefore if you can still simplify it then it is not perfect.
