Explanation:

take the number 14.19 and add that to 13.78, you get 27.97.

Now take 15.77 and add that to 16.24, you get 32.01.

Now take 32.01 and 27.97 and subtract them.

You get 4.04.

Answer is 4.04 by adding both of the time of each then subtracting then from each others time
