the standard equation for a circle with center at the origin is

${x}^(2) + {y }^(2) = {r}^(2)$
and as the radius of thr circle is 10 that is the value if r so

${x}^(2) + {y}^(2) = {10}^(2)$
or

${x}^(2) + {y}^(2) = 100$
is the equation of the circle
