Limiting factors are like "food, water, shelter, and habitat. Limiting factors mainly effect animals. A limiting factor has a affect on animals population." For example water, and food would be a limiting factor if animals have more food and water in there habitats what will happen to their population? It will increase. Another example would be a lack of food, and water what will happen to the animals population? It will decrease.

Hope this helps!
