How can you determine the slope and the y-intercept of a line from a graph

You can find the y-intercept by looking at the graph and seeing which point crosses the y axis. This point will always have an x coordinate of zero. If you want to find slope you find where the line crosses the y axis and then the x axis. To find the slope you put the 2 numbers in a fraction form called "Rise over Run". This means you put the Y over the X.
