There are 116 electrons in four atoms of Cu.

A Cu atom contains 29 protons, so it also contains 29 electrons.

\text{No. of electrons } = \text{ 4 Cu atoms } * \frac{\text{29 electrons}}{\text{1 Cu atom }} = \text{ 116 electrons }\\
