Mental illness is mostly therapy and and taking drugs for your specific illness, and doctors have to be extremely delicate depending on the illness (such as crippling depression and insanity). Physical illnesses are treated with therapy and gradual reentrance into functioning again. And physical illnesses aren't treated with drugs as often
