Argumentive paper on why cetaceans shouldn't be in a captivity

I can't give you a paper. Cetaceans shouldn't be in captivity because they're very intelligent, they swim very large distances, they like to interact with others from their species, and some of them can be a danger to humans (the orca at SeaWorld that killed the trainer).
