The slope point formula of a line:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\m-a\ slope\\(x_1,\ y_1)-a\ point

We have:

y-3=(1)/(2)(x-4)

Therefore

a\ slope:m=(1)/(2)\\\\a\ point:\ (4,\ 3)
