What turned the tide of the Seven Years’ War (French and Indian War) in favor of Britain?

The Indians started switching sides, and the British's naval domination stopped the French from sending reinforcements to North-America (which France considered a secondary front anyway, being busy with Prussia on the continent), which means the French were hopelessly outnumbered, and so, doomed.
