This should be in science but....

A chemical change is when two substances combine to make a new substance.

Example: When a car rust, when something gets moldy, or when fire wood starts to burn.

A physical changes is when a substance is changed but it CAN still go back to the form it was previously in.

Example: When ice melts, when cutting wood or paper.

I hope this helps!!

I didn't want to give you the answer but i wanted to help you understand the two words so you can put it on your paper.

A chemical change comes from a reaction of two elements while a physical change comes by physical force pushed onto an object
