The Civilian Conservation Corps or CCC in short was a public work relief program designed to preserve the nation's natural resources and provide jobs. The event that preceeded its creation was The Great Depression that left many poor and hopeless. It is a very powerful idea of providing protection and labor security and can be relevant today.
