Hey there!!

The total parts - 5

Let's take a point p some where on the graph,

then, the point p is 3/5 th away from the co-ordinate (-2,4)

Let's build a triangle around the line given .

The distance of the line from (-2,4) to (3,4) = 5 and the distance from the coordinate (3,4) to (3,-1 ) = 5

Now, as we know it's 3/5 the away, multiply it.

( 3/5 ) × 5 = 3 right

( 3/5 ) × 5 = 3 down

J ( - 2 , 4 ) = P ( - 2 + 3 , 4 - 3 )

... P ( 1 , 1 )

The coordinate of point P is ( 1,1)

Hope my answer helps!!
