Benefits : ======> The benefits of Job specialization is extended beyond individual workers as well, as the firms that specialize in his or her particular products can produce larger quantities to sell.


Drawback or Downside: ===> The Downside of Job Specialization is that people tends do only one tasks. They are not trained to multitask or handle multiple areas of a workplace.
