If there was a sudden drop in temperature after the evolution of the first living cells, predict how that might have affected the changes in the atmosphere and the evolution of cyanobacteria and other autotrophs. Explain your answer.

Cells would be dying and loooking for phosphates and ovulation. If you heard of the Lippman's term the high energy bond then it describes all of the bonds involved in the reaction, not just the phosphate bonds themselves). This effect is due to a number of factors including increased resonance stabilization and solvation of the products relative to the reactants.
