write ratios as a fraction ( Both numerator and denominator) jeremy car will go 400 miles on 12 gallon of gas. plzz help!!!

400:12 would be the ratio in this case. However, we could flop it around (since it doesn't affect the data). This means it can become 12:400. 12:400 as a fraction would look like 12:400. However, I believe we should simplify this (because we can). 12/400 divided by 4 = 3/100.
