j+2k=-4
j=-4-2k (1)

3j-4k=3 (2)

Substitue (1) in (2)

3(-4-2k)-4k=3
-12-6k-4k=3
-10k=3+12
k=-15/10 (3)

Substitue (3) in (1)

j=-4-2(-15/10)
j=-1

Final answers j = -1 and k = -15/10
