In descending powers of x =

- {x}^(4) {y}^(2) + 7 {x}^(3) {y}^(3) + 2 {x}^(2) {y}^(4 ) - 3x {y}^(5)

So 2x^2 y^4 will replace -3xy^5 because power of x is greater.
