Ok, so since the graph of the line starts/ stops at the point
(0,0) we already know that y has to be equal to 0.

Now, because the y-axis is up and down, and the x-axis is left and right, your answer is
y\geq 0 or y is less than or equal to 0 because the line is above (0,0) and also touches it

The graph gives no reason to expect that y=0 is excluded, so we conclude the range is ...

... y ≥ 0
