Do you believe it was necessary to have the support of all 13 colonies? What could be the consequences if only 12 colonies had chosen to sign? Justify your answer.

This is an opinionated question. Ill give you mine though. I believe it was, because if not everyone agreed they probably would have started quarrels which could have led to a war. If only 12 colonies chose to sign only do that to those 12 colonies but not the 13th one. Remember everyones answers will vary.
