F(x) = [[x]], what is f(9)?

f(9) = -11
f(9) = -10
f(9) = -9
f(9) = 9
f(9) = 10
f(9) = 11

If you can explain it, that'd be great!

Okay so in this expression, the variable x is set to 9.

Because this expression is just x = x, whatever the value of x is will be the same for both x's.

So, f(9) = 9
