The answer is 24/10 or 12/5 (C.)

Tan is equal to Opposite/Adjacent.
Think SohCahToa where o=opposite, h=hypotenuse, and a= adjacent.
When you find the Tan of angle c, you look for the side opposite or not touching angle c, that side is 24.
To find the adjacent, look for the shortest side that is touching the angle, which is 10.

That gives you 24/10, or when you divide top & bottom by 2, 12/5.
