I believe the answer is: murder

The National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) only include the crimes that is considered to be dark figure crimes, Which is the type of crimes that is not reported to the authorities. Even though around a third of murder crimes in united states are unsolved, almost all of them actually reported to the authorities.
