An irregularly shaped Stone was lowered into a graduated cylinder holding a volume of water equal to 20.0 ml the height of the water Rose to 30.2 ml if the mads of the stone was 25.0g what was its density

The density of the stone was 2.45 g/cm³.

Mass = 25.0 g

Volume = 30.2 mL –20.0 mL = 10.2 mL = 10.2 cm³

Density = mass/volume = 25.0 g/10.2 cm³ = 2.45 g/cm³
