Consider your strengths and weaknesses from above and set a personal health goal for yourself. Explain at least three strategies you will use to reach your goal and at least three strategies for checking on your progress. When I set a goal, I use the acronym "S.M.A.R.T" S = Specific M = Measurable A = Attainable R = Realistic T = Timely (If this isn't specific enough, you can look up smart goals)
