Hi,

The equation should be

(3x - 5)° + (2x)° = 90°

Since a right angle is 90°.
So

3x + 2x = 90 - 5
5x = 85
x = 85/5 = 17°

The two angles are 2x= 34° and 3x-5= 46°

Hope this helps! If my answer was not clear enough or you’d like further explanation please let me know. Also, English is not my first language, so I’m sorry for any mistakes.
