Every time miguel had a headache, his mother let him miss school. now, as an adult, his headaches have become more frequent. his head pounds any time he is required to do something he would rather not do.

he must put into relaxing state.. make him write in the paper what his mind think to reduce the stress .. missing school isn't the best choices.. its only give him bad future but now he grown up.. just give him positive thoughts to never give up .. no matter what happens
