I'm pretty sure the answer would be -4. After plugging in -2 for x... The first one) 3x+2 which becomes 3(-2)+2 which results in -6+2=-4
-4<1 this statement is true because -4 is less than one..
For the second one 2x+3 after plugging in -2 for x. This would become 2(-2)+3 which results in -4+3=-1 However, the statement -1≥1 which is not true. I hope this helps and makes sense :) I just figured that's how you solve it
