The range is the list of outputs of a function or relation. All you need to do is write down all the values that are shown in the second oval, which is the set of outputs. This is the list of possible y values.

Side Note: the domain is the first oval representing the list of possible x values for the relation. This is not a function because there are input x values that have multiple y outputs.
