We have:

`(1,\ 5)\to x_1=1,\ y_1=5\\(2,\ 2)\to x_2=2,\ y_2=2`

Susbstitute:

`m=(2-5)/(2-1)=(-3)/(1)=-3`

`y=-3x+b`

Susbtitute the coordinates of the point (2, 2) to the equation:

`2=(-3)(2)+b\\\\2=-6+b\ \ \ \ |+6\\\\b=8`

Answer: y = -3x + 8
