To solve this question you need to figure out how many meters he was swimming in 1 second. Divide 100 by 53.63, and you get 1.86. Multiply 1.86 3,600 to get 6,696. Divide 6,696 by 1,610 to get about 4. Your answer is D. Hope this helped!
