Some of the delegates want to criticize or abuse the convention because a group of representatives wanted to criticize the convention for going beyond their instructions, commands, and directions to revise the Article of Confederation. The Article of Confederation’s objective was to unite and cooperate with the 13 original states of the United States of America but then the government rendered it in an ineffective way.
