My grandson has to draw a model to find each quotient. Here is the problem 3/4 divide 3/16, how do he do this one?

what you would do is change it to multiplication and flip flop the numbers of the second fraction so the problem he would have to solve would look like this: 3/4*16/3 and he would just multiply straight across to get his answer which would be 48/12 or 4
