The first one should be read as between 75 and 97 inclusive. That means you are using ≤

75 ≤ x ≤ 97 As a compound inequality this is

75 ≤ x ; x ≤ 97

The second one is just a bit harder. That's because a place in Ohio probably could go down to - 36. Again, both ends of the inequality use ≤

-36 ≤ x ≤ 20 As a compound inequality

-36 ≤ x; x ≤ 20


I'm not sure if you should be including units like 20°F. If you are, add them in.
