A woman in tennessee was charged with a felony for not warning rescuers that her fiancé,who had suffered a heart attack, had tested positive for aids. that's a good law, since people ought to know when they're stepping into a dangerous situation to help somebody else

Based on the situation, it's not to be considered as a good law. It is because it is unlikely and there is a small chance of a person who performs a CPR to another person who needs it to determine whether the person has AIDS or infectious because the situation is something to be acted quickly because the patient may die.
