Answer : Lysosomes.

Explanation : Autolysis is a cell destruction process which is uncommon in living adult organisms and usually occurs in injured cells and dying tissues in living organisms. It is initiated by the cell organelles which is lysosomes; they release digestive enzymes into the cytoplasm. These enzymes are released due to the termination of active processes in the cell, i.e after death.
