What minerals have a role in blood pressure regulation?

Generally, sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium play a role in assisting blood pressure regulation. When one of these minerals is not properly balanced it can throw off blood pressure and other functions in the body. I believe this is the case with iron in the blood as well since it’s apart of red proteins in the blood (hemoglobin)
