The likely disease for the third neoplasm is cancer.

Neoplasm is termed as the excessive and abnormal growth which is found in tissues. When growth of neoplasm forms a mass it is referred to as tumor.

There are groups which are found in the neoplasm. For example, malignant neoplasm, in situ neoplasm and benign neoplasm.

Another name for malignant neoplasm is cancer, they destroy and also invade the tissues which surrounds them whereby they form metastases.
