Although the Anti-Federalists were not able to achieve their main goal because the Constitution was ratified, they were able to accomplish an important task - Placing a Bill of Rights in the Constitution. This bill targeted the protection of individual liberties by explicitly stating the fundamental individual rights for states and individuals.
