22 + 22 + w + w ≤ 120

44 + 2w ≤ 120

Subtract 44 from both sides.

44 - 44 + 2w ≤ 120 - 44

2w ≤ 76

Divide by 2 on both sides.

2w/2 ≤ 76/2

w ≤ 38

The inequality is 44 + 2w ≤ 120

The solution is w ≤ 38
