What is the frequency of white flowers (homozygotes for cwcw) in a population if frequency of the allele cw is 0.32 and the population is in h-w equil?

H-W equilibrium or Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium mean that the ratio of genes in the population will remain constant. This could be achieved if there is no influence from mutation or the environment.

If the frequency of the gene is 0.32, then the frequency of the homozygote of that gene would be: 0.32*0.32= 10.24%
