I believe the answer is: artificial intelligence (AI)
Currently, machineries have replace a lot of jobs that usually done by humans. But all of those only the jobs that are repetitive and simple. artificial intelligence (AI) on the other hand is capable to perform complex decision making like humans do (even better than most people).
