Firstly, add 2 to both sides of the equation:
(3)/(5)x^2=-3

Next, multiply both sides by 5/3:
x^2=-5

Next, square root both sides:
x= \pm √(-5)

Lastly, factor out i (i = √-1) and your answer will be
x= \pm √(5)i
