f'(x) = 2x - 4


f'(0) = 2(0) - 4 = -4

Slope of perpendicular to tangent, -1/(-4) = 1/4.

We want the line tangent to f(x) with this slope:


1/4 = f'(x) = 2x - 4


17/4 = 2x


x = 17/8


y = x(x-4) = (17)/(8) \cdot (-(15)/(8)) = -(255)/(64)
