With this problem, we will use ratio and proportion to find how many milliliters of Kenolog must be given to a patient who suffer from large cyst. First, we have X, which represent the value that we need to know how much will we draw up from the prepared solution.

Then, use ratio and we have 10mg/1ml x 2.5 mg/x ml; cancel out the mg’s and we are left with ml's. Next, we cross multiply, (10)x =(2.5); Now, we can solve for X= 2.5/10, which is equal to 0.25mL.

Therefore, the patient will receive 0.25ml of ketolog injection.
