To ensure the protection of human participants and meet federal regulation guidelines, research investigators at ucf must complete, and show verification that they have received appropriate training in such protections. the only exception to this rule is enrolled students who are conducting social science research.

That statement is false

Those students is no exception to the rule. When conducting social science, those students would be communicating and interaction with a group of people. If they received no appropriate training, the students might potentially conducted unethical experiments or involved in a conflict because they somehow offended the subjects.
