Consumer behavior is term used in marketing to describe set of value-seeking activities that take place as people go about addressing realized needs. It includes how consumers behave individually and in groups , how a customer feels directly before buying a product,when consumers are most likely to make a purchase , why consumer behavior patterns change based on the types of products and services they purchase etc.
